Am proud to have contributed my ladder holding skills as well as a little bit of painting to this important community project. And I had a great time with my Leadership Dayton friends!

Great post Tim Mislansky! Your "ladder holding skills" got me thinking--isn't that what good leaders do? Also, great credit unions support others (and the community) so that they can climb higher and reach their goals. ... and now there is a great mural as a result!

Today is a big day for WPCU as we say goodbye to Rosanne Schutzman as our Chief Operating Officer. But it’s not a total goodbye as she will remain a friend to us and to WPCU - she keeps reminding me she’s still a member😊.Rosanne has made countless contributions to our credit union. Her fingerprints are on so many of the great things at WPCU and she’s been a driving force behind so much of our success. I'm so thankful for her. She’s been a boss, a colleague, a peer, an advocate, a mentor, a leader and a friend to so many here. And she will be greatly missed. I’ve said several times lately that every company needs a Rosanne Schutzman, but few are fortunate enough to have one. We’ve been that fortunate for the past 11 years. And on a personal note, beyond the friendship that we’ve developed, she’s a trusted advisor and confidant. She’s pushed me and challenged me in my role. And I can honestly say that I’m a better CEO because of Rosanne. Congratulations on your retirement Rosanne! I and all of WPCU wish you nothing but the best in the next phase of life and am so happy that you get to spend it with your family, but please know you’ll always be a part of the Wright-Patt Credit Union family.

Spent last night with Julie and my WPCU friends supporting Dayton Children's Hospital and their Cha-Cha event to support mental health for kids. A very worthy cause!

Enjoyed the opportunity to attend the Building Black Wealth Tour Community Day sponsored by the Greater Dayton Realtist Association (GDRA), the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and Wright-Patt Credit Union on Saturday and spend some time with Ivy Glove and Amber Geyer and many others. An informative morning about home ownership and about how buying, keeping and transferring your home is possible and remains a great way to positively impact families for generations.Proud that the credit union is working to make an impact on black homeownership rates.

Last night, nearly 1,400 Wright-Patt Credit Union partner-employees celebrated the holiday season and a successful year at restaurants through Dayton and Columbus. It's one of my favorite days of the year as I get to spend time with many of them (I visited 6 restaurants) and personal thank them for all they do for our member-owners. It's just another part of what makes WPCU a special place.

Great opportunity here at WPCU where we focus on taking great care of members and helping them with their financial challenges rather than just dialing for dollars.
